System email set in Templates
Every agency now receives a ready-made set of 15 emails based on the case journey: for inquiries, viewings, deals and rentals. You will find them directly in the Email Templates section, organized into categories.
System emails can be read and edited, but cannot be deleted. Edited content can be restored to its original state using the "Restore default" button. For each email you can see where it is used and a preview with sample data. Your edits will not be overwritten when the set is updated.
